This course is ideal for healthcare providers who have completed the AHA's Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers and need to renew their BLS certification. The American Heart Association CPR for the Professional Rescuer is a comprehensive course that provides training in both traditional and hands-only CPR. The course also covers rescue breathing, adult and child choking rescue, using an AED, rescue breathing for adults and children and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction.
