Willow Grove itself has two exits on the Pennslvania Turnpike. The northern exit pairs up with Route 611 (Easton Road), which runs through downtown Hatboro before continuing northward towards Philadelphia along Montgomery Avenue and eventually becoming Allentown Road. The southern exit leads directly onto Township Line Road (Pennsylvania Route 63), which heads westward until it merges into Licoln Drive/Woodhaven Road at an oblique angle as it approaches Philadelphia International Airport
